The place was deluxe, we appreciated it. Thanks again to valet, you rock! We were offered deluxe king suite with a safe, an iron and a work desk which were very good. Excellent service at all times too.
-
Send regards to valet. Our bathroom was spacious and we enjoyed it. It was so close to Devonian Pond.

Impressive hotel
Staff at check-in and breakfast not very friendly. Other personnel very good!

Price is very high, but worth it

From the moment we arrived we were treated with exemplary courtesy and friendliness. The room was wonderful and well appointed. The Manager had left a personal note along with chocolate covered strawberries knowing that we were celebrating our anniversary. I had made a reservation through the concierge in Suits the lobby bar but there seemed to be no record upon our arrival. The bar staff were very apologetic and accomodating and we received complementary drinks. In the end we were more than happy to sit at the bar!

Professional staff
Slow breakfast service in the restaurant on the 31st floor
-
unbelievable service they called you by name upon seconds of your arrival.
couple things - upon opening the closet door in the hall between entrance and bedroom there was no room for someone else to walk around. And the bathroom, no real place to put out your personal items

The true Trump experience, well done.

Excellent attentive staff from the doorman onwards. Room nice and well equipped. Spa state of the art and excellent.
We very very upset that the hotel website showed pictures of swimming pool and described gym area. Did say in very small writing at bottom that would open early summer 2012-we were there end of June. Than services described by Mrs Trump on tv said state of the art gym on 32 nd floor. Got dressed on 1st morning to go to gym and no 32 nd floor. Asked reception who said not finished. Unbelievable to open hotel, charge £400 a night and not be clear about facilities.. We looked at hotels with these facilities. Breakfast was average. Nothing on display. You have to ask for everything.

First class service, excellent concierge services, large room, very modern and comfortable. Great bathroom as well. Perfect location in Toronto's downtown.
Breakfast could be better. Sometimes it is difficult to understand room service team's English, which leads to misunderstandings. Prices of the hotel and any kind of service in the hotel are a bit excessive.
-
Very good reputation with excellent personal service.
Nothing to write about.

very "trumpesque" high end swanky
service in dining room was slow but it was very busy extremely high rates for a city wide tradeshow demonstrating "gauging"
